Cosy Cove Cottages is located in Central Manitoulin, this small, quiet housekeeping cottage resort is nestled on the south east shore of Lake Mindemoya. Our guests enjoy two bedroom, clean, comfortable, well equipped cottages that take advantage of the lake views and spectacular evening sunsets. On site we have a fire pit for evening bonfires, a safe beach for swimming and protected moorage for small boats. As well, there is plenty of room for alternative activities such as badminton, horseshoes, swing sets and just relaxing with a good book. Our accommodations come with propane barbeques on the outdoor decks, and each cottage is equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, television and DVD player, and electric heaters for cool evenings. Our competitive rental rates include the use of a 16’ steel fishing boat with oars. Small outboard motors and lifejackets are available for rent when requested. We provide blankets and pillows, though we ask that you bring your own bed linens and towels.

Spring and autumn fishing is especially great with your limit of pickerel/walleye and perch easily attainable. Summer catches in Lake Mindemoya and nearby Lake Huron include, walleye, pickerel, perch, smallmouth bass, whitefish, rainbow trout and salmon. The nearby village of Mindemoya, the “hub” of Manitoulin, has shopping and amenities that include a hospital, bank, post office and restaurants.
